Big Sky HSE professionals bring comprehensive multi-media experience to the table to assist our clients with their environmental compliance needs. Whether it be spill response and remediation, Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, air permitting, waste management or chemical inventory reporting (Tier II) needs; we’re confident we can provide the guidance and assistance you need.

SPCC plans

Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasure plans are required by the EPA for many industrial facilities (i.e. crude oil/condensate tank batteries). Big Sky has extensive experience developing, implementing and managing the various aspects of SPCC programs. Please contact us to discuss how we can assist you with your SPCC needs – whether it is determining applicability, initial development, annual inspections, 5-year renewals, or anything in between.

Tier II Chemical Inventory Reporting

Under the EPA’s Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), companies are required to report the handling and/or storage of certain chemicals, at or above threshold quantities, to Local Emergency Planning Committees (LEPCs) and other emergency responders in the specified “Tier II” format. At Big Sky, we can assist you in documenting required chemical inventories and submitting your Tier II forms to the appropriate agencies.
